In the Joy Lab, we operate with the confidence that the multidisciplinary scientific community holds the knowledge and capability to design and create fully synthetic biomaterials that can drive the replacement of animal-sourced products.
Our broad and diverse expertise allows us to address unmet biomedical needs through the bottom-up design of novel biomaterials, ranging from polymer material synthesis to in vivo trials. We actively seek collaborations with researchers, industry partners, and institutions to further expand the impact of our work.
We welcome undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers who are eager to contribute to cutting-edge biomaterials research within a dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment. For those interested in joining our team or collaborating with us, we encourage you to reach out. We look forward to fostering new scientific partnerships and advancing the frontiers of biomaterials research together.
